PHV2 Universal High Voltage Supply

The PHV2 universal High Voltage Supply features up to eight independent,
highly stable, low noise voltages in the range of 0 kV to 10 kV DC. For the
MAT26X, it is used for Deflection, SEM, Vacion and Secondary Electron
Lens voltages. It may be used for general laboratory puposes. Output
voltages may be unipolar and/or bipolar. The features comprise full processor
control by an optical RS-232 interface, voltages monitored on a backlit
LCD-display.

The unit is built into a 12HU 19" rack unit. Output connectors are adapted to
site requirements.
