MAT26X Power Control Unit PCU

This device replaces the BLS main switching unit of the MAT26X/MAT281.
All functions are processor controlled. User interaction is carried out by our
RunIt26x user interface via CAN-Bus or manually by buttons on the front panel.
Accidental operation of a button is impossible due to a time delay between
pressing the button and the action. This delay is made visible by
flashing the buttons LED for about 3 sec before the action is executed.
Releasing the button cancels the initiated operation. For all interactions,
system safety is maintained at all times by interlocking important parameters.
The pumpdown sequence is automatic and will be cancelled if the rough vacuum
profile does not meet the expected values.
Plugs are compatible with the instrumets cabling. Additional wiring is
comprehensive and achieved in a short time.
