Ion Getterpump Power Supply

Our Getterpump power supplies are designed for a maximum output current of 2 mA.
This means that the supplies are suitable for environments that do not request
full puming power with a severe gas load. The design is made for keeping vacuum
in flight tubes and inlet systems with lower gas loads.
After the unit has been switched on, the output voltage is automatically increased
until the maximum current is reached. Then the unit stands by, waiting for the current
to drop as the system is pumping down. The voltage is the increased again until the
final target of 5.5 kV is reached. At this point the overload circuitry is activated
and the unit will switch off, if the maximum output current persists for longer than
30 seconds.
These specs make it the ideal supply for MAT26x, MAT250/251 and MAT281 mass
spectrometers. The outputs are plug-compatible to fit these target systems, but
different connectors can be fitted on requested.
