CAN-Bus Based Integration System

One of the prerequisites for precise sample measurements is a high-
precision integration system with a wide range of integration times.
Technically, our system is limited to 1ppm. Integration times from 15 msec
up to 2 hours can be adjusted by the operating software.
For MAT26X, MAT250/251, MAT271 and MAT281 Mass spectrometers, we
have developed a new VFC board that plugs on top of the amplifier board.
This eliminates the need for compensating ground-related offsets and
significantly reduces interfering electronic noise. Optical fibres connect the
amplifier housing to the counting system and to a optionally available bar
monitor. Our counting system has a CAN-bus interface for data- and command
transfer.
