Filament Current Supplies

Filament currents for TIMS ion sources need to be truly stable and of
ultra low-noise against ground. Isolation must be at least 12 kV.
Our dual Filament Current Supplies are tailored to these requirements
featuring full processor control by and optical CAN-Bus interface.
Manual control and and current displays are built into a hand-held remote
control unit. A maximum of three dual supplies can be handled by the
processor for optional sample preheat.
