Filament Bakeout Device

Cleaning filaments for MAT26X, Trition or VG354 Thermal Ionization
Mass Spectrometers is the task for this device. Built for easy handling
and operation it offers 28 bakeout positions. The classic glass bell jar
design allows sufficient degassing of either all positions at once or
successive cleaning of 2 banks of 14 positions.
This unit is available in different configurations, adapted to the individual
laboratory needs. It is available from an upgrade version with user-
supplied pumping systems and manual bakeout operation up to the top-
end configuration that includes fully automatic operation with full processor
control of the entire cleaning process. Up to 10 heating profiles can be
defined using up to 5 different cleaing modes. A external PC is not required.
