Analyzer Shutoff Valve for MAT26x

The pneumatic cylinder for the standard MAT26x and MAT281 became
unavailable so we made a new, safe mechanism as well as a new valve
insert with edge-welded bellows optimized for linear movements. The
valve makes a perfect couple with the PCU Power Control Unit and a
sensor for the valve position. The insert can also be used for manual
valve control.
